Los Angeles Fashion Week Powered by Art Hearts Fashion Dominates SS2019

The City of Los Angeles officially recognizes Art Hearts Fashion as the BIGGEST fashion platform in Los Angeles.

Los Angeles, CA, USA – From October 10th – 14th, Los Angeles Fashion Week powered by Art Hearts Fashion found a new home at the magnificent Majestic Downtown. Designers, celebrities, artists, buyers, and industry professionals from around the world converged in Los Angeles for the most visionary and largest fashion platform. Art Hearts Fashion offered the most extensive 5-day schedule that hasn’t been achieved in years. The comprehensive programming included prominent celebrity designers, over 30 international renowned designers, and dozens of artists showcasing their collections on the runway and offsite locations. The collaborations with powerhouse global brand Boy London and celebrity red-carpet designer Michael Costello brought a sense of elevated cool-sophistication to Los Angeles Fashion Week.

“Being Awarded the Official Certificate of Recognition by the City of Los Angeles for creating the biggest fashion platform in Los Angeles was truly a special and validating moment in our journey. We set out to create something special and, in the process, we grew into the biggest and longest running platform in Los Angeles”, said Erik Rosete, Founder and President of Art Hearts Fashion International. “We kicked off the week with Boy London as we celebrated Fashion Night Out. We created a unique experience for our guests and allowing them to personalize clothing from the brand with their unique alterations. Celebrity designer Michael Costello kicked off the runway shows with a bang at the Majestic Downtown, followed by three of our most art inspired designers comprised of Nathalia Gavira, George Styler, and Candice Cuoco”.

Art Hearts Fashion celebrated a unique week of diversity ranging from couture to street-wear. Grayling Purnell, Argyle Grant, and plus size designer Melissa Mercedes opened day 2 followed by tastefully risqué presentations featuring Mister Triple X, Venus Prototype, Usama Ishtay and Michael NGO. The weekend shows kicked off with Burning Guitars, followed by Kahini Couture and world famous canine couture designer Anthony Rubio. Dogs strutted down the runway with their beautifully dressed handlers. The evening presentations featured swimwear from Lila Nikole, couture from RC Caylan and wearable art by Chavez Inc. The night wrapped up with street-wear by Paraval, ethnic flair from Dahil Republic of Couture and Maltese designers Charles and Ron. The inspiring Madeline Stuart showcased her line 21 Reasons Why as the opening of fashion weeks final day. The series of events wrapped up the week with runway presentations by IZAYLA, Vichi Swim, “Taste of Italy” hosted by Drusilla Gucci, featuring Diego Cortez and Atelier Nicola D’Errico and a closing extravaganza with project runway winner Kentaro Kameyama followed by Jonathan Marc Stein and a sensuous presentation by Black Tape Project.
