Nashville Personal Injury Attorney Jeff Roberts Of Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC Accepts Position At Volunteer State Community College
Nashville Lawyer Teaches Students About a Career in Law at Volunteer State Community College

NASHVILLE, TN – Jeff Roberts, a Nashville personal injury lawyer has accepted a position as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Volunteer State Community College, teaching students who are interested in a future career in law.

“I am very honored and pleased to have been invited to return to Vol State to teach; it is a natural place for me to return,” said Roberts. “Many of the professors at Vol State inspired me to seek a career in law and Gallatin is my hometown. It feels like my life has come full circle and I draw inspiration from the students who are working and going to school because I have been in their shoes.”

Jeff was raised in Middle Tennessee and became the first on both sides of his family to graduate college when he received a degree from both MTSU and Vol State Community College with a political science degree. After earning his law degree and license in 1999, Jeff Roberts devoted every day of his legal career to protecting the rights of injured and disabled people. Injury claims/wrongful death claims he has worked include: workers’ compensation, commercial truck wrecks, automobile accidents, premises liability cases, social security disability, civil rights claims, Governmental Tort Liability Claims, ERISA long-term disability denied claims and other disability denials.

As the founder of his own successful law firm, Jeff Roberts & Associates, PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee, Jeff has gone on to become elected to the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, selected by his peers to be admitted into The National Trial Lawyers “Top 100” for Civil Plaintiff work, and he was most recently admitted to The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Jeff has been a featured guest with Nick Beres on NewsChannel 5’s “Ask The Legal Expert” morning talk show. He has taught Continuing Legal Education seminars to fellow lawyers in Tennessee, Arkansas and North Carolina.

“Jeff’s experiences and contacts as an attorney will bring real-world insight to the classroom for the students,” said Bradley Tracey, Criminal Justice Director, Volunteer State Community College.  “For example, he had the students speaking to the FBI agent who captured the “Unabomber” on the second day of class. Students see that their aspirations can be achieved by having Jeff Roberts in the classroom. He is a person who started where they are, and is now very successful.”
